Its business scope encompasses vehicle sales, car rental, ride-hailing services, and after-sales maintenance, serving regions including Chongqing, Guiyang, Hainan, Xi’an, and Wuhan. Overseas, the operating entity is Hong Kong Lingjie International Trading Limited.
    The company operates a 4S dealership for the Deep Blue Auto brand, encompassing both order‑based sales and after‑sales service. In 2023, it launched its automotive export business and became one of the first enterprises to obtain export authorization for Deep Blue vehicles. Leveraging the overseas sales rights of leading Chinese automakers—including Changan Automobile, Qingling Motors, BYD, Lynk & Co., and Dongfeng Motor—the company offers a full range of new‑energy and conventional‑fuel vehicles, covering passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and specialized vehicles. Currently, the company has established forward‑stocking warehouses and sales centers at China’s Horgos Port and Guangzhou Nansha Port, maintaining an on‑hand inventory of over 200 units, with an annual export capacity of 3,000 vehicles. Additionally, it has built a robust sales network across Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and other regions.
    The company’s development strategy will focus on three core priorities: First, to further deepen strategic partnerships with leading domestic automakers, expand overseas sales authorizations to include more new‑energy and conventional‑fuel vehicle models, and broaden the product portfolio to meet the diverse needs of different markets. Second, to accelerate its global market expansion by building on existing footholds in Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa, with a particular emphasis on tapping emerging markets such as South America and Europe—through establishing local subsidiaries or co‑developing sales and service networks with regional partners—to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Third, to strengthen supply‑chain integration and digital transformation, optimize inventory management at forward‑positioned warehouses, improve logistics and delivery efficiency, and deploy an intelligent overseas sales platform that enables rapid response to customer demands and end‑to‑end order tracking, thereby positioning the company as a key bridge for Chinese automobiles on the global stage and a benchmark for comprehensive services.
